Returns

(1) Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

(2) We do offer exchange for the following: (a) Cartridge leaks during delivery, (b) Unit doesn't work on first use.

(3) If cartridge leaks during delivery, return unopened package to address below, including your packing slip.

(4) If unit doesn't work on first use, please call for return instructions.

(5) Exchanges are made at discretion of Silver Moon Nutraceuticals.
